You can cancel anytime. If you cancel after 12 months, the site is yours. No transfer fee. No hoops. We're not going to hold your website hostage. Some agencies do that. We think that's lame. If you cancel within 12 months and want to keep your website, you'll need to pay up to the 12-month mark.

Same-day, Monday through Friday. Simple changes are usually done within a few hours. For bigger requests, we'll be in constant communication with you making sure it's getting taken care of.
